Cancellations & No shows

​We require at least a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment

​

We reserve the right to charge 50% of the appointment if we are not given a 48 hour notice.

No shows will not be rebooked.

All new guests will be required to pay a$50 nonrefundable

deposit that goes towards your appointment total.

We accept all major credit cards and cash, we do not accept checks.

​

Gratuity is not included in any service total and is greatly appreciated.

By filling out our New Guest Application or Wedding Questionnaire Form you are agreeing to opt in to text messages from our salon phone number. We do not send mass text messages -  We solely use this service to communicate about your appointments and wedding planning with us. â€‹

We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Your information is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes you have agreed to.

Opting out of text messages:

You have the right to opt out of receiving text messages from Adorn Salon at any time. To opt out, you can reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team directly to request removal from our text messaging list.
